Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Returns and Exchanges will only be available for those orders if you have received an incorrect product, or your order is damaged in transit. In case your order is damaged in transit, or you have received the wrong product, you may return them in exactly the same way in which you received them. Please note the product must be unworn, and originally packaged with the barcode tag.
To return an order:
- Please inform us within 2-5 days of receipt of the order. Please email us at information.arqa@gmail.com.
- Before we accept your return, you are required to submit a photograph of the wrong or damaged product. It is then up to the discretion of the team to approve the return of the product.
- Once we have received and acknowledged the return of the wrong or damaged product, we will arrange a reverse pick-up of the product.
- Once we receive the wrong or damaged product, we shall dispatch the fresh or correct product.
Please Note:
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We will not bear the cost or stand liable for any returns we were not notified about first.
Exchange & Cancellation:
Products once purchased cannot be exchanged or canceled.
